ACTEON North America Return Policy

Definitions:

ACTEON: Means the distributor of the PRODUCT, ACTEON North America whose head office is located at: 

124 Gaither Drive, Suite #140, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 and can be contacted at: rma.us@acteongroup.com or 1-800-289-6367.

BENEFICIARY: Means the dealer or end customer, to which ACTEON sold its products, accepting the following defined conditions. 

PRODUCT / PRODUCTS: Appoint(s) the product(s) distributed by ACTEON and purchased by the BENEFICIARY.

Returning of Product:

Return Policy:

In case a PRODUCT must be returned to ACTEON the PRODUCT, the BENEFICIARY agrees to return the unopened PRODUCT within 90 days of purchase following a specific procedure: 

  1. The BENEFICIARY must call (1-800-289-6367) or email (rma.us@acteongroup.com) Customer Support to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning their PRODUCT;
  2. The RMA number must be written on the exterior shipping box and any documents inside the shipping box;
  3. The BENEFICIARY must arrange for shipping freight prepaid;
  4. The PRODUCT should be unopened; 
  5. The PRODUCT must be returned complete with all accessories; 
  6. The PRODUCT must be packaged in its original packaging. ACTEON will not assume in any case the damages caused by the transport of poorly packaged product;
  7. The PRODUCT should be accompanied by the invoice that records the purchase date of the PRODUCT in question and a note indicating the fault found on the PRODUCT by the BENEFICIARY.

Failure of the BENEFICIARY to achieve this procedure shall force the issuance of a re-stocking fee percentage. The following table details the re-stocking fee rates:

ACTEON reserves the right to adjust the re-stocking fee rate at its discretion.
