Chief Executive Officer
Mrs Marie-Laure POCHON, 56 years old, is an engineer from the Physique et Chimie Industrielles School and obtained a MBA.
She begins her career in 1983 at MSD-Chibret in marketing and sales positions and becomes in 1995 Director of the “Capsydia” division and member of the Executive Committee at Pfizer France.
In 1999, she is appointed President and Managing Director at Schwarz Pharma France until 2007 when she joints Lundbeck to be President of the French subsidiary then takes responsibility for all European operations and finally becomes Executive VP Commercial Operations Worldwide. She is then a member of the Lundbeck Group Executive Committee.
At the end of 2012, she is appointed Head of European operations for GN Stare North, n°3 worldwide or hearing aids. Hired in October 2014 to be Acteon's CEO, Marie-Laure POCHON has already achieved a turnaround on the group sales, with a growth of around 15% in 2015.
Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer
M. Olivier BALOUKA, born on the 26th of June 1968, is a chartered accountant and graduated from ISG Business School. He is Acteon’s Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer since January 2015.
He begins his career in 1995 as an auditor at Arthur Andersen. In 2001, he becomes Chief Financial Officer for the French subsidiary of the German pharmaceutical laboratory Schwarz Pharma.
In 2007, he joins the Danish pharmaceutical company Lundbeck as Head of support functions for the French commercial subsidiary and Elaiapharm production facility. As such, he oversees different departments, including Finance, HR, Legal, Logistics, IT.
Director of R&D and Industrial operations
M. Yann GALLARD, born on the 2nd of November 1973, engineer in Industrial Maintenance, is Director of R&D and Industrial operations for equipment and Pharmacy within Acteon.
He begins his career in 1999 as Head of maintenance for the Bélier Company before becoming head of technical operations in Hungary. He is hired by the Acteon group in 2003 as head of mechanic production.
In 2009 he is promoted to Production Director for Satelec in charge of managing and coordinating supply chain, production and development activities.
In 2011, he is appointed Industrial Director for Satelec in charge of industrial services, logistics and sales administration.
Quality and Regulatory Affairs Director
M. Philippe GIRARD, born on the 17th of April 1963, holder of a masters in micro-electronics and a masters in Electronics components Industrial Procurement, is Acteon’s Quality and Regulatory Affairs Director.
He begins his career in the Acteon Group in 1988 as Satelec’s Quality Manager. His attributions are progressively enlarged gradually with the construction of national and international regulations for medical devices and Acteon’s acquisitions, first and foremost the European directive for the CE marking in June 1998.
He liaises the group’s different fabrication sites on the quality, certification and regulatory affairs level before taking directorship of the Quality department in October 2014.
SOUTHERN EUROPE AND LATAM DIRECTOR OF SALES OPERATIONS
M. Arnaud LAMAISON, born on the 19th of March 1974, graduated from the Bordeaux Commercial School, is Acteon’s Director for Sales Operations in Southern Europe and LATAM since April 2016.
He begins his career in 1997 as Product Manager at Sopexa SA in charge of external partnerships and new promotion and communication tools.
He is hired by the Acteon group in May 2000 as Commercial Manager for Latin America, and is promoted in 2005 as Commercial Director for the same area. In 2010, he also becomes Marketing Director for Acteon’s Spanish subsidiary.
Appointed in 2015 as Director of China’s Representative Desk for Acteon, he manages a team of 20, to develop commercial operations and product registration.
