CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Joe Harms is Chief Operating Officer of ACTEON North America, Australia, New Zealand, & South Korea and works closely with the General Managers in each of these regions. As someone who is highly aware of the hard work it takes to be successful in the dental market, Joe believes that combining . He has been an integral part of leadership in the dental space for over 15 years, most recently serving as VP of Sales at Carestream Dental. Prior to that he assisted in launching Vatech in the US as VP of Sales and Marketing. Joe also held leadership positions with Kodak Dental, Imaging Sciences International & Zoll Medical, and he has been essential to the growth of sales for multiple companies in the dental imaging market bringing new technology to create better patient care.
Katy was appointed to General Manager of ACTEON North America in January of 2019. She continues to drive ACTEON’s three business units, ACTEON Imaging, ACTEON Equipment and ACTEON Pharma throughout the United States and Canada. Katy began her career with ACTEON in 2011 as a Manufacturer’s Representative covering Southern California, Southern Nevada and Hawaii. In June of 2015, Katy was promoted to Special Markets Sales Manager for the United States and Canada. She directed all group, school and government sales, was responsible for ACTEON’s Clinical Trainer initiative, and moved into a role dedicated to building strategic partnerships throughout North America with distribution partners and key customer channels. Katy was promoted to Vice President of Operations in the beginning of 2018, where she was responsible for the leadership of ACTEON North America headquarters and our internal processes. She currently resides in San Diego, California.

Kurt Lamb joined ACTEON North America in 2012. He started as an ACTEON Manufacturer Representative covering MO, KS, NE & OK. After excelling in the Midwest territory, Kurt was promoted to Regional Sales Manager, Central in December of 2015. He was responsible for six ACTEON territory representatives across 16 states. Kurt was recently promoted to Vice President of North American Saes and will be running day-to-day sales operations for ACTEON North America with all Regional Sales Managers reporting to him. Prior to joining ACTEON, Kurt spent more than 10 years in Sales Management. His experience ranges from general management to National Key Accounts. Kurt has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from UMKC and currently resides in Kansas City, MO with his wife and children.
Stephanie Cox is the Manager of Finance and Controlling operations at ACTEON North America. Stephanie recently joined ACTEON and is very excited to help the company in its continued growth. Previously, she came from many years of experience in public accounting, specifically auditing many types of healthcare clients, and uses this wide range of experience to bring new and innovative ideas to the company. Stephanie earned her Bachelor's in Accounting and Business Management from Moravian College all while competing on the school's Women’s Tennis Team. Stephanie also enjoys sailing and playing golf with her Fiancé in her spare time. She currently resides in Mt. Laurel, NJ.
EXECUTIVE operations coordinator
Noelle began her career with ACTEON North America in 2008 with over 12 years of Customer Service and Administrative Experience. Noelle has expanded her responsibilities as ACTEON has matured as a company. She is currently ACTEON North America's Executive Operations Coordinator, supporting the Executive Management Team and running the day to day operations of the office. Noelle continues to work closely with ACTEON’s dealer network, Regional Sales Managers to put new sales programs in place and support the sales force across the US and Canada. She resides in Washington Township, NJ with her husband Steve and Lab, Chase.
Imaging Regional Sales Manager, East
Andrew joined ACTEON North America in 2018 as Regional Sale Manager – Imaging East. Prior to ACTEON Andrew was the Vice President of Sales – Large Equipment for J. Morita USA. He brings 12 years of CBCT imaging experience, rapid sales growth and team development to the ACTEON brand. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Missouri. Andrew, his wife Alisha, and their children live outside of St. Louis, MO.

Alain Carles joins the ACTEON North America team with over 30 years of dental sales and management experience. Prior to joining ACTEON, Alain was the General Manager for Patterson Dental in South Florida and prior to that, the Director of Latin American Sales for Schick Technologies. As a sales leader, Alain has consistently developed high performing teams domestically and internationally. Alain holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami. He is an avid golfer, enjoys playing tennis, and has been known to dabble ‘quite competitively’ in the game of ping pong. He resides in Miami with his wife and son.
Imaging Regional Sales Manager, West
Steve joined ACTEON North America in 2019 as Regional Sales Manager – Imaging West. He has been heavily involved in dental for over 15 years holding sales, marketing and management positions with Henry Schein, Dentsply Sirona, and Johnson & Johnson. Steve has built new sales teams, redirected underachieving sales teams, and achieved success in a variety of dental related endeavors. This included numerous product launches, educational program initiatives, key opinion leader development, European liaison activities, and merger/acquisition transition management. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the University of Alabama and is a former paratrooper in the U.S. Army. He currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife Stephanie and their 3 children.
Regional sALES MANAGER, CANADA
Charles joined ACTEON North America in 2018 as a Manufacture Representative covering the Ontario market and was promoted to Regional Manager for Canada. Prior to joining ACTEON, Charles was the District Sales Manager for Planmeca for 3 years and prior to that held the position of Regional Sales Manager with Heraeus Kulzer for 10 years. He managed Michigan, New York, New England States and Eastern Canada which then developed into a National Sales Manager for Canada. This development has given him the opportunity to live many different experiences from managing sales reps to working very closely with the dealer community. He is very focused and enthusiastic for future development in the Canadian market. Charles holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Victoria, British Columbia. Charles, his wife Rebecca, and their children live in the King, Ontario..
DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL EDUCATION
Noel Paschke, RDH, MS joined ACTEON North America in 2016 as Director of Clinical Education with over twenty years of dental corporate experience. Noel developed the education teams for Dentsply Preventive Care and Philips Sonicare and now for ACTEON North America. She manages the North America team of Clinical Trainer consultants who provide training using ACTEON’s premium equipment to deliver Customer Delight. Noel is a former faculty member at the University of Maryland, Dental School and the Johns Hopkins University, Medical School. She has experience in curriculum development for faculty, students and dental professionals to improve patient’s clinical outcomes. She is a member of the American Dental Education Association and the American Dental Hygienists’ Association. Noel lives in Missoula, MT with her husband, Richard, enjoying dog sledding in the winter and white water rafting in the summer.
Customer Operations Manager
Michele Bottino is Manager, Customer Operations at ACTEON North America. In the current role, Michele leads her department in the transformation of ACTEON North America by fostering customer solutions that combine business process knowledge with specialized technology and services. Before joining ACTEON, Michele gained more than two decades of experience working within the manufacturing sector applying strategic and tactical planning with Lean strategies thru cost and waste reduction. Michele earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Management from Drexel University. She has two children, and resides in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
Chip manages all of the product responsibilities for Equipment and Pharma for ACTEON North America, which includes ultrasonic scalers, ultrasonic bone surgery devices, curing lights, gingival retraction paste, and hemostatic gel. He also directs all of the marketing relationships with dealer and trade partners as well as key opinion leader relationships. Chip has been with ACTEON North America for over 10 years.
SENIOR IMAGING Manager
Thomas Davis, Senior Imaging Manager of ACTEON North America, has spent the last 7 years dedicated to providing dental professionals with solutions for CBCT, Extraoral Radiography and Imaging. With a background in sales, customer support and quality assurance, he has a passion for technology and improving the way clinicians and patients interface with emerging dental imaging technology. Tom is responsible for the ACTEON North America Imaging product lines including X-Ray, Intraoral sensors, Phosphor plate systems and Intraoral cameras.
DIGITAL Product Manager
Nathalie joined ACTEON North America in 2018 as Software Product Manager, putting her in charge of both ACTEON software, AIS and Sopro Imaging. Before joining ACTEON, Nathalie was the CTO of a French startup in healthcare which gave her experience in managing an R&D team in a regulated environment. Prior to that, she worked 3 years as a software engineer for military contractors. She holds an Engineering degree (Masters level) from Ecole Centrale Paris, France.
Business Relations Manager
Jeff Durrbeck joined ACTEON North America in 2015 bringing 14 years of dental sales and management expertise/leadership. Prior to joining ACTEON, Jeff consistently exceeded his sales goals and developed future sales leaders for Dentsply Tulsa Dental, Southern Implants, and SS White Dental. As a transformational leader, he has thrived in expanding business geographically, turning around under-performing territories and creating great culture within the organization and with dealer partners. Jeff makes his home just outside Denver, CO.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Manager
Casey joined ACTEON North America in 2018 bringing 17 years of experience in dental and medical sales managing corporate, government, and institution relationships. Casey was responsible for quarterbacking the team bringing the entire offering to the end user by customizing based on the unique needs in each sales market. She covered accounts across the United States. Casey resides with her family outside of Kansas City.
ANIMAL HEALTH Manager
Mark comes to ACTEON North America with over 25 years of dental experience. He has been a pioneer in introducing emerging digital technology to the dental and medical field over the last 20 years. Mark was a critical part of the team that introduced CBCT technology to the private practice and made in office CBCT a reality. After his time at ISI, he then joined Ewoo/Vatech and was an instrumental part in the restructuring and establishing the brand in the US. Prior to joining ACTEON, he was the VP of Technology and one of the founding members of Total Health Environment, a boutique medical/dental equipment distribution company owned by the Innovation Institute. It was there where he got his exposure to the Animal Health market and he realized he had a passion for this industry. He is excited to be a part of the ACTEON Management team, and is eager to share his knowledge and experience to help make ACTEON one of the top dental manufacturers for both humans and animals.
HUMAN RESOURCES Manager
Danielle joined ACTEON North America in 2018 as the Human Resources Manager. Danielle has over 5 years of experience and has held several corporate HR positions in retail, manufacturing, banking and professional services organizations. Her passion is providing HR solutions by helping build HR infrastructure through technology, compliance and people. Danielle is an active member of a prominent HR organization, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Danielle has a MS in Human Resources Development from Villanova University.
