Chief OPERATING Officer
Kansas City, Missouri native Tim Long is a second-generation dental sales professional and joined ACTEON North America in March 2007 as a territory representative covering MO, KS, NE and IA.
Since 2007, Tim has held the positions of Western Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, and Vice President. He was promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) in January of 2011. Tim holds a degree in Business Administration from Avila University (Kansas City, MO) and oversees the dental, medical, and veterinary divisions of ACTEON North America.
Tim’s primary role is to expand ACTEON North America’s market share with a focus on ACTEON North America’s dealer and OEM partners.
Kathryne BAKER

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Kathryne Baker is currently the Financial Controller of ACTEON, Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of ACTEON, SA. Kathy was elected to the Board of Director’s in 2004 and has been with ACTEON, Inc since 1999.
Kathy graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Business Management in 1985. She has over 25 years of hands-on experience in sales tax, auditing, system conversions as well as all facets of financial statement preparation.
Kurt LAMB

KURT LAMB

DIRECTOR OF COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS
Kurt Lamb joined ACTEON North America in 2012. He started as an ACTEON Manufacturer Representative covering MO, KS, NE & OK. After excelling in the Midwest territory, Kurt was promoted to Regional Sales Manager, Central in December of 2015. He was responsible for six ACTEON territory representatives across 16 states. Kurt was recently promoted to Director of Commercial Operations and will be running day-to-day sales operations for ACTEON North America with all Regional Sales Manager’s reporting to him. Prior to joining ACTEON, Kurt spent more than 10 years in Sales Management. His experience ranges from general management to National Key Accounts. Kurt has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from UMKC and currently resides in Kansas City, MO with his wife and children.
Katy KJARTANSON

KATY KJARTANSON

DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC ACCOUNTs
Katy Kjartanson has been with ACTEON since 2012. She began her employment with ACTEON North America as its Manufacturer’s Representative covering Southern California, Southern Nevada, and Hawaii. Katy was promoted to Special Markets Sales Manager for the United States and Canada in June of 2015 where she directed all school and government sales and was responsible for ACTEON’s Clinical Trainer initiative. Katy is now ACTEON’s Director of Strategic Accounts and will continue managing school and government sales. She will also oversee sales for group practices and large organizations, primarily working to develop new and existing strategic partnerships. Katy currently resides in San Diego, California.

Argie Zoubroulis

Quality and Regulatory affairs specialist
Argie Zoubroulis joins ACTEON from Wills Eye Hospital where she worked to obtain FDA approval medical devices through an exclusivity contract with two German companies. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh and her Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University. Argie also engaged in biomedical and molecular research during her educational career, and has published her findings. Argie is an avid runner, a mediocre artist, and enjoys listening to and playing classical music. She has also traveled to numerous countries and hopes to continue her world travels in the near future.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER, NORTH EAST
Molly Mann joined ACTEON North America upon graduation in 2009 as a Manufacturer Representative covering the Chicago and Indianapolis markets. After excelling in the territory, Molly was promoted in January 2016, joining the newly formed ACTEON Special Markets team as a Key Account Manager. As a Key Account Manager, Molly covered the Central Region as well as Canada. She was subsequently promoted to Regional Sales Manager, North East in June 2016. Prior to joining ACTEON, Molly attended Western Michigan University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sales and Business Marketing. Molly currently resides in Chicago, IL.

Jeff Durrbeck joined ACTEON North America in 2015 bringing 14 years of dental sales and management expertise/leadership. Prior to joining ACTEON, Jeff consistently exceeded his sales goals and developed future sales leaders for Dentsply Tulsa Dental, Southern Implants, and SS White Dental. As a transformational leader, he has thrived in expanding business geographically, turning around under-performing territories and creating great culture within the organization and with dealer partners. Jeff makes his home just outside Denver, CO.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Noelle began her career with ACTEON in 2008 with over 12 years of Customer Service and Administrative Experience. Noelle has expanded her responsibilities as ACTEON has matured as a company. She was recently named Executive Assistant, supporting the COO and ACTEON’s Regional Sales Managers to put new sales programs in place and ensure that day to day business runs efficiently. Noelle continues to support the sales force across the US and Canada, ACTEON’s dealer network, and its Sales Administration team. She resides in Washington Township, NJ with her husband, Steve and Lab, Chase.
Chip VAGNONI

Chip VAGNONI

MARKETING  MANAGER
Chip manages all of the product responsibilities for Equipment and Pharma for ACTEON North America, which includes ultrasonic scalers, ultrasonic bone surgery devices, curing lights, gingival retraction paste, and hemostatic gel. He also directs all of the marketing realtionships with dealer and trade partners as well as key opinion leader relationships. Chip has been with ACTEON North America for over ten years, enjoys spending time with his family and playing sports like golf and surfing.
 

Robin Reznick

Human resources manager

Robin Resnick joined ACTEON North America in 2017 as the Manager, Human Resources.  She has more than twenty-five years in leadership and consultative roles encompassing all facets of Human Resources, Management Coaching, Business Partnership and Process Improvement for global and regional organizations.  She also works with her husband in their real estate investment business identifying opportunities, managing budgets and designing properties.  Robin has an MBA from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.  She has two adult children, and resides in Cherry Hill, NJ with her husband and multiple pets.

Andy Wasson joined ACTEON North America in 2008 after having served as its outside IT support consultant for several years. Since joining ACTEON, Andy has been a customer support representative, SOPRO Product Specialist, Customer Support and IT Manager, and is now the Manager of Technical Operations for the Mount Laurel location. Prior to joining ACTEON, Andy spent 14 years at several IT consulting organizations and nine years in various financial positions. Andy resides in Mount Laurel, NJ with his wife, two sons, and collection of rescue animals.

Alain Carles

Alain Carles joins the Acteon team with over 30 years of dental sales and management experience.  Prior to joining ACTEON, Alain was the General Manager for Patterson Dental in South Florida and prior to that, the Director of Latin American Sales for Schick Technologies. As a sales leader, Alain has consistently developed high performing teams domestically and internationally. Alain holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami. He is an avid golfer, enjoys playing tennis, and has been known to dabble ‘quite competitively’ in the game of ping pong. He resides in Miami with his wife and son.
