Chief Executive Officer
Mrs Marie-Laure POCHON serves as Chief Executive Officer of ACTEON Group. Mrs POCHON holds a MBA in Engineering from the Physique et Chimie Industrielles School (ESPCI Paris Tech).
She begins her career in 1983 at MSD-Chibret in marketing and sales positions. In 1995 Mrs POCHON was appointed the Director of the “Capsydia” division and member of the Executive Committee at Pfizer France.

In 1999, Mrs POCHON was appointed President and Managing Director at Schwarz Pharma France. In 2007 Mrs POCHON joins Lundbeck as President of the French subsidiary and subsequently took responsibility for all European operations where she was promoted to  Executive VP Commercial Operations Worldwide and member of the Lundbeck Group Executive Committee.

At the end of 2012, Mrs POCHON joined the Danish manufacturer of hearing instruments GN Stare North. She wass appointed Head of European operations. Since October 2014, Marie-Laure POCHON has served as ACTEON's CEO and group sales growth of 15% in her first year.


Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer

M. Olivier BALOUKA, joined ACTEON Group in January 2015. M. BALOKA is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of ISG Business School in Paris. M.BALOUKA is currently ACTEON'sHe is Acteon’s Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

M. BALOUKA began his career in 1995 as an Accounting Auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP. In 2001, he joined the German company Schwarz Pharma and was appointed Chief Financial Officer for the French subsidiary.

During 2007, M. BALOUKA joined Lundbeck as Head of support functions for the French commercial subsidiary and Elaiapharm production facility. Since joining ACTEON in 2015, M. BALOUKA is a strong leader who oversees and manages Finance, HR, Legal, Logistics, and IT departments.



Director of R&D and Industrial operations

M. Yann GALLARD is an Industrial Maintenance Engineer and ACTEON’s Director of R&D and Industrial Operations for Equipment and Pharma.

M. GALLARD began his career in 1999 as Head of Maintenance for Le Bélier SA company and was later promoted to Head of Technical Operations in Hungary. M. GALLARD joined ACTEON Group in 2003 as Head of Mechanic production.

In 2009, M GALLARD was promoted to Production Director for SATELEC where he was responsible for management for its Supply Chain, Production and Product development.

Since 2011, M. GALLARD is ACTEON’s Industrial Director for SATELEC and responsible for Industrial services, Logistics, and Sales Administration.

Philippe GIRARD

Quality and Regulatory Affairs Director

M. Philippe GIRARD holds a Masters degree in Micro-Electronics and Electronics components for Industrial Procurement.  He is ACTEON Group’s Quality and Regulatory Affairs Director.

M. GIRARD joined ACTEON in 1988 as SATELEC’s Quality Manager. M. GIRARD’s first European directive was to aquire CE markings for its devices.  Once CE markings were attained, M GIRARD began the development and construction of national and international regulations for all its medical devices and subsequent brand acquisitions.

M. GIRARD is the liaison for ACTEON Group’s various fabrication sites.  He manages Quality, Equipment and Device Certification, and Regulatory Affairs.




M. Arnaud LAMAISON is ACTEON’s Director of Sales Operations in Southern Europe and LATAM.  He is a graduate from the KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux.

M. LAMAISON began his career in 1997 as a Product Manager for Sopexa SA where he held responsibility for strategic partnerships, promotion, and communication tools.

M. LAMAISON joined the ACTEON group in May 2000 as Commercial Manager for Latin America.  He was promoted to Commercial Director for the same area in 2005. By 2010, M. LAMAISON was promoted to Marketing Director for ACTEON’s Spanish subsidiary.

In 2015, M. LAMAISON was further promoted to Director of China’s Representative Desk for ACTEON where he manages a team of 20 to develop Commercial operations and Product registration.
