Valerie Baschet is a mother of 2 teenagers. She has been a senior executive in the dental industry, as a VP General Manager for France and Asia as well as a Group VP leading the Dentsply Sirona Endodontics business. Valerie is usually described by her team as a leader who cares. She assesses her own performance by the level of engagement of her teams around a vision and a strategy along with how she led them to a common success. After 17 years at Dentsply Sirona, Valerie has decided to dedicate her time to what she does best: helping leaders find their own solutions, growing in humanity and coherence, with people recognized as the core value and engine of an organization. She is now co-founder and president of meaneo, a consulting company enabling leaders and their organizations to engage in a human, societal and environmental transformation in order to reconcile purpose, impact and performance. A Graduate of HEC Paris, she has significant international experience having directly managed teams in North America, Asia and Europe. She has lived in Taiwan, Germany, Dubai, Hong Kong and Switzerland.

Dr. Mahrukh Khwaja is founder and CEO of Mind Ninja; a well-being startup providing resilience and well-being training to dental professionals so they can thrive in any environment. Mahrukh created the 'Mind Flossing' toolkit; a well-being deck of cards to enhance resilience for dental professionals. Mind Ninja provides workshops, programmes and coaching. Mahrukh has worked with a diverse range of organisations, including King’s College London, BDA, Acteon, Oxford NHS, Dentinal Tubules, BARD and Tipton Training. She has written the mental health chapter for Shaz Memon’s book, ‘Instagram for Dentists’ and is due to publish a book on well-being for dental professionals next year with Wiley-Blackwell. Mahrukh was shortlisted as a finalist for the Private Dentistry Awards 2020. Mahrukh is a dentist, with over 11 years of clinical experience, a Positive Psychologist, an accredited mindfulness teacher and holds a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology.

Kellyhas served in areas of dental hygiene including academia, corporate, clinical, entrepreneur, researcher, and has also been active with the American Dental Hygienists’ Association at both the State and National Level. She has been recognized for her outstanding leadership within health care and university settings and is a recipient of the ADHA and Johnson & Johnson Award for Excellence.
